Shamrocks for Summer Camp
Halo Burger is partnering with MDA to send local children afflicted with neuromuscular disease to summer camp
Halo Burger is proud to be working with MDA this February and March to raise funds that will transform the lives of local children and adults with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related neuromuscular diseases during the 38th annual MDA Shamrocks program.
From February 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020, Halo Burger is offering paper Shamrocks to guests during check out for just a $1, $5 or a larger contribution. Shamrocks will be displayed in all Halo Burger restaurants.
Since 2018, Halo Burger teammates and guests together have raised over $11,500 for their local MDA chapter.
Michigan Director at MDA, Cindy Clark, explains, “this support allows for groundbreaking research across diseases and provides families with the highest quality care from the best doctors in the country. Funds raised also make MDA Summer Camp possible for more than 70 area children, providing the opportunity for these children to learn vital life skills, make lasting friendships and experience independence, at no cost to their families at Greater Michigan MDA Summer Camp.”
Stop by any Halo Burger restaurant during February and March to support the Muscular Dystrophy Association through this year’s Shamrock Program.
Halo Burger thanks our friends and family for the continued support. With a community of good people, we make big changes every day here in our community.
